Luke Schrader is an agent with Lucas Howard Group with over a decade of industry experience behind him. A family-oriented veteran, Luke has been decorated for his efforts in both the military and real estate. Inspired by a wonderful experience with his realtor years ago, the inspiration caught Luke in a transitional period and he turned this inspiration into a career he remains passionate for to this day. Known by his clients to be a tough negotiator who likes to remain as a resource for them after the transaction, Luke takes pride in his role in the industry, and it shows in his work.

When Luke isn’t busy with his duties as an agent, Luke prefers to be spending time with his lovely wife and children either at the beach or taking a trip. As well, he is an active board member for the Kalamazoo County’s Veteran Affairs Committee, Kalamazoo County Jaycees, and many other local charities and government agencies that support veterans and other food and housing related issues in the local community.
