Leading with a servant’s heart, Janet Kinkle is the Director of Operations for the Lucas Howard Group. She is passionate about using systems to strengthen an infrastructure and believes that when you have a solid foundation, favorable results will always follow.

From early on, because Janet has a natural gift for building and implementing systems, she has been blessed to be invited to collaborate with a variety of different organizations, including construction, direct sales, car concierge and real estate industries, to shape each one from the ground up.

As much as Janet excels in systems, her real passion is fostering genuine relationships and meaningful connections. She doesn’t lose sight at the individuals behind the processes...it’s, ”people over process”, with the understanding that systems are ultimately designed to serve people. Janet is a Southern California native and made the move to Michigan in 2017. She enjoys the change in the seasons and especially loves the snowy winters!

Janet and her husband, Chad, have 3 grown children and 2 grandsons. Always looking for a new adventure, she recently picked up and learned to play the bass guitar.
