Originally licensed in 2000 and carrying years of experience in result-driven productivity and performance-driven environments. Chad is known for combining unique sales strategies, business development, relationship management, and the art of negotiations. Chad loves business development, but his passion is people. Ray Kroc said it best, “Take care of the people and the business will take care of itself." Chad is a California native and transitioned to Michigan in 2017.

Chad is married to Janet, and together they have 3 grown kiddos and 2 grandchildren. Along with an active role on the Lucas Howard Group, he’s a Senior Leader in his local church community and spends time playing golf, music, guitar, and going on road trips with his wife.
